Pump submersible Hailea HX-6540,  installed both inside and outside the aquarium. The pump can not suck up the water by itself, so it must be below the water level. When used in submerged condition, we recommend removing the delivery fitting and fixing the filter box (included) in its place. In any case, the main condition is that the pump should not run dry, otherwise it will fail from overheating after a very short period of time. It is also undesirable to install “upside down”, since in this case an air bubble can form inside the pump, leading to overheating. The power cord must remain free.
